Return Window:
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

1. Contact our team at sales@mybosem.com or call 407-547-2797 within 5 days of delivery.
2. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used fragrance oils or diffusers
• Items not in original condition or missing parts
• Gift cards
